Lenny wows the kids
Much of the show takes place in the circular main hall of Looney Lucky Lenny?s cake-shaped mansion. The double-doored main entrance is directly to the rear. To the left is a staircase leading up to corridors of clown bedrooms. To the right of the main entrance is a candy cane fireman?s pole that goes up out of sight and down through the floor. To the right of the pole is a magic sliding bookcase that leads to the library. Front and right is Looney Lucky Lenny?s desk.

At a time when the biggest star in children's television is an underwater sponge... CameraPlanet is pleased to announce a revolution in children's television - the return of the living-breathing performing to kids TV. But as CameraPlanet Creative Director Dave Goldberg explains - Lenny isn't your average human. "Seeing Lenny perform is an extrordinary experience. Kids go nuts. Adults love him. And his wry funny style makes him a natural for television." CameraPlanet is working closely with Lenny's real life human performer Andrew Hammer to bring his live action performance to television. Andrew Hammer (Looney Lucky Lenny, Creator, Writer, Director) is one of New York City's funniest clowns as Looney Lenny. In the last eight years he has brought his comedic magic shows and unique sense of humor to over 40,000 children in New York City area as well as a few performances across the country. He has worked for Foundation for the Creative Community as Project Coordinator for the last six years, bringing arts and education to urban youth. He also makes weekly visits to five Manhattan hospitals thanks to the generous support of the Starlight Children's Foundation. Andrew is a graduate of NYU, Tisch School of the Arts, where he earned his BFA in acting, directing and playwriting. The inspiration for Looney Lucky Lenny Land came to Andrew Hammer after years of working as a birthday clown and hospital entertainer. Learning what makes children laugh is a special gift, and Andrew hoped to preserve all of the tricks and methods of making children laugh. This lead to a collaboration with his friend and Ringling Bros. Clown College graduate, Ambrose Martos, to help add a more traditional clown element to all that he had learned on the party circuit. Together they have written eight episodes, each 23 minutes long. Looney Lenny the clown has just won a Gazillion Dollars! So now he's changed his name to Lucky Lenny, and built himself a mansion shaped like a three-tiered birthday cake high up in the Mountains of Ticklelaffia. But he's not alone, Looney Lucky Lenny has invited ONE HUNDRED of his closest clown friends to move in with him! The fun is just getting started, so come on! Looney Lucky Lenny is the magic and mischief-making clown at the center of all the mayhem. Kids love his quick wit and fun personality as he tries to stay one step ahead of the crazy misadventures that happen every day in his mansion. ONE HUNDRED CLOWNS!!! The cavalcade of clowns living in Lenny's mansion is actually played by a core group of six performers. Each clown's look is intended to be child-friendly. They don't wear full whiteface like circus clowns, instead using subtle makeup that shows his or her clown-character. Each episode will feature 6 - 8 clowns, with the goal of eventually introducing all one-hundred (imagine the action figures!).
